Second Annual Every Little Bit Video Contest

Get those cameras rolling. It’s time for Avista’s Every Little Bit Video Contest to begin. The purpose of this contest is to engage high school students in energy efficiency. For more information about the contest, go to www.everylittlebitvideo.com. You can view the winning videos from 2009 below.

With 130 entries, the competition was fierce and many talented and amazing students submitted outstanding work. We thank each and every one for their participation.

Cleaner, Greener, Healthier

2009 Grand Prize Winner Rachael Becker, Shelby Foo & Isabel Apperson Mead High School Spokane, WA

Grand Prize Winners, chosen by a panel of judges received a Flip HD Video Camera, and their high school received a $2,500 technology grant from Avista. Winners will also work on editing their video with award winning production company NxNW Productions.

Viewer’s Choice Winners, chosen by a tally of the highest vote score, received iPod Nanos, and their high school received a $1,500 technology grant from Avista.

Honorable Mention Winners, as voted on by the judging panel, were awarded iTunes gift cards.
